Eleni Gekas

I am passionate about encouraging my clients and students to bring awareness to their choices so that they can cultivate healthier, happier lives based on their unique constitutions. I use my extensive training in mindfulness, yoga, and the Ayurvedic system to guide people towards a better life balance that sustainably supports their long term well-being.

Eleni is a Mount Madonna Institute-trained Ayurvedic practitioner, Doula, and a Yoga and Mindfulness teacher. She has been practicing Ayurveda since 2007 and Yoga since 1997.

In 2010, The Light on Ayurveda Journal awarded Eleni a scholarship based on her commitment to Ayurveda, Yoga, and Jyotish to study at Dr. Vasant Lad’s clinic in Pune, India. Eleni is committed to preserving ancient traditions and to make them applicable to modern living.
